Terms of Service

By accessing or using the BlinkzOS platform at www.blinkzos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Blinkz Technologies Ltd, registered at 86 Lionel Street, Birmingham, B3 1EE, England.

BlinkzOS is an operational intelligence platform that helps businesses document processes, manage teams, track activities and monitor operational health. The platform is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at hello@blinkzos.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• One business account per organisation — you may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits

BlinkzOS offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page.

• All fees are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account
• Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to platform features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform. We will email you before your trial expires.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods
• Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days before being permanently deleted
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@blinkzos.com within 14 days

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
• Use the platform to process data of children under 13
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades platform performance

The BlinkzOS platform, including its design, code, features and documentation, is the intellectual property of Blinkz Technologies Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform.

You retain full ownership of all data and content you create within the platform. By using BlinkzOS, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Blinkz Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
